During his internship, Ben gained experience by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing creative briefs, and presenting them to the team. He created trend reports for upcoming quarters and communicated these insights to clients. Through shopper marketing campaigns, Ben improved his communication skills and client engagement techniques. During his time at Northwestern’s M.S of Integrated Marketing Communications program, Ben was able to join Shopkick as a Graduate Marketing Consultant. During his fall semester of 2022, Ben worked part-time at First Pulse Consulting, a marketing consulting firm based outside of Boston.
