Through the Northwestern M.S of Integrated Marketing Communications program, Ben joined Shopkick as a Graduate Marketing Consultant. t Shopkick, Ben analyzed user engagement data to identify key motivations and barriers, which enhanced user retention strategies. He conducted a competitive assessment of loyalty programs, providing valuable insights and growth opportunities for Shopkick. Additionally, he developed and tested hypotheses on user churn, formulating a strategic roadmap to reduce churn and boost retention. Ben also created a comprehensive marketing strategy and activation plan, including product enhancements and key performance indicators, to drive user engagement and retention.
